The Old School offers newly refurbished, spacious & stylish home from home, perfect for a get together with friends and family.

Just a short drive to High Lodge Thetford; play, run, climb, or cycle around the forest. If you’re feeling daring scale the treetops & complete the Go Ape treetop challenge or try your hand at paintball combat at Combat Paintball.

Alternatively, kick back & relax on the patio and garden. 

Property Details

The property was styled with comfort in mind, sleeping 12 guests (4 double, 2 single & one sofa bed).

The property was newly refurbished in December 2023 with style & comfort in mind, all furnishings and fittings are brand new. Sleeping 12 guests, 4 double, 2 single, one sofa bed).

Downstairs:

There is a bright & airy open plan living & dining area, with two sofas (one is a double sofa bed), a coffee table & a dining table. There is a smart TV with Netflix, you will need to use your own streaming app log ins. The spacious kitchen hosts a breakfast bar with two stools & 2 armchairs with a side table.

Off the entrance hallway you will find a double bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath & WC. Off the living area there are a further 2 double bedrooms with double beds.   

Upstairs:

Follow the stairs to the twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a double room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC.

Outside:

There’s a patio outside the front door, perfect for a morning coffee in the sunshine (should you be so lucky!), walk across the drive to access another patio area & lawn (recently seeded).

From the road turn into the drive, there’s space for 3 cars down the side or at the back. Please note, our neighbour shares the drive access.

You have access to the entire property inside and outside. There is 1 flight of stairs.

Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in. The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay, you will always check in to a clean space with freshly laundered towels and bed linen.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -

2. No pets

3. No parties

4. No candles

A refundable security deposit will be charged 24 hours before check-in.
