The property was styled with comfort in mind, sleeping 9 guests (3 double, 1 single & one sofa bed), there is just one level with just a few small steps in & out.

 

The entrance from the front door leads you to a long hallway, and all rooms come off this hallway. There is 3 bedrooms with double beds (one of these has an en-suite with shower & WC) along with a bedroom with a single bed. There are two family bathrooms, one with bath, shower & WC & one with just a shower & WC.

 

Outside:

From the road, you make your way down the long drive & fork to the right. There’s parking for multiple cars outside the front of the property, around the back there is a private patio & large lawn. The green space is shared by our 3 other holiday lets on the same site, there’s enough space for all. A BBQ is provided in the warmer months (please bring your own charcoal).

 

You have free parking at the property for multiple vehicles, it's a 2 minute walk through a courtyard to the annex. You have a self-check-in option to make sure you can schedule your time according to your own plans, property & check in details will be sent 24 hours before check in. Details for guest services will be sent in this email.

 

There are other holiday annexes next door, each designed to be as private as possible. Should you wish to book these for a larger group, please get in touch. 

 

There is a fully fenced pond area in the garden & CCTV in use for outside of the property.

 

The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay . You will always check in to a clean space so you can relax and enjoy your time in the home.

 

Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in.

 

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -

1. No smoking
2. No pets
3. No parties
4. No candles

5. Use of the woodburner is prohibited 

 

Quiet hours 10pm - 8am

A refundable security deposit will be charged 24 hours before check-in.

 

And you don’t have to worry; we know that accidents occur from time to time, resulting in damage (we would not charge for one-off crockery breakages, for example). We kindly ask if anything does get broken let us know before check out.
