Fen Lane Farmhouse offers a spacious & stylish home from home, perfect for a get together with friends and family.

 

Just a short drive to High Lodge Thetford; play, run, climb, or cycle around the forest. If you’re feeling daring scale the treetops & complete the Go Ape treetop challenge or try your hand at paintball combat at Combat Paintball.

 

Alternatively, kick back & enjoy soaking up the great outdoors from the patio overlooking the large garden and fenced pond area.

Property Details

The property was styled with comfort in mind, sleeping 10 guests (4 double, 1 single & one sofa bed).

 

Downstairs:

There is a bright & airy open plan living & dining area, with two sofas, a coffee table & a dining table. Please note, the woodburner cannot be used. The spacious kitchen hosts another dining table with 4 chairs along with a breakfast bar with two stools.

 

Walk through the hallway & into the office space (there’s a sofa bed in this room). Off this room there is a bedroom with a double bed (the woodburner cannot be used) along with a utility room & WC.

 

Upstairs:

To the left of the hallway there is family bathroom, with a separate bath & shower along with a WC. There is a bedroom with a single bed, off this room you access two bedrooms with double beds (please note, there is no separating door for the single bedroom). To the right, a bedroom with a king-size bed & an en-suite, with a shower over a bath & a WC.

 

Outside:

From the road, you make your way down the long drive & fork to the right. There’s parking for multiple cars outside the front of the property, around the back there is a private patio & large lawn. The green space is shared by our 3 smallers holiday lets on the same site, there’s enough space for all. A BBQ is provided in the warmer months (please bring your own charcoal). You have access to the entire property inside and outside.

 

There is 1 flight of stairs. There are other holiday annexes close by, each designed to be as private as possible.

Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in.

 

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -

1. No smoking
2. No pets
3. No parties
4. No candles

 

Quiet hours 10pm - 8am

A refundable security deposit will be charged 24 hours before check-in.

CCTV is used for the outside of the property.

 

We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before check out. For discounted longer stays or for any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us.
