Timm Property Group is a property investment and development business based in Norfolk. We develop newbuild property and renovate properties to a high standard, with the view to sell or hold for the long term.

 

Our current portfolio includes new build developments, ASTs and holiday lets. We pride ourselves on a high level of professional service, with attention to detail, robust systems and processes, and a team that cares.

 

With many years of experience in the property and finance industry, our management team have developed strong relationships with professional advisors, agents and contractors. Our track record recognises our reliability and integrity.

Managing Director

Hollie is responsible for the strategy and operational effectiveness of the business.

 

Hollie is a chartered accountant with over 10 years of property experience. Previous roles include Finance Director and Head of Performance Insight at a global property business.

Mark Timm
Operations Director

Mark is an experienced property and project manager, and NEBOSH Health & Safety qualified. 

 

Mark proactively seeks to ensure the development projects progress in a timely manner, to a high standard and on budget. He also ensures tenants and guests have a first-class experience in our properties.

Mark provides a personal and professional management service to ensure strong tenant relations.

Rebecca Hamilton
Business Manager

Rebecca manages the business finance and operations, with over 10 years experience working in both accountancy practice and industry.

 

Rebecca is AAT qualified and specialises in property management. Rebecca's experience involves managing a large client accounting team for a global property business.

 

Rebecca is people and process focused and works to ensure the business operations run efficiently and effectively for all stakeholders.

Carly has a wealth of experience in property accounting and management and is well-placed to support Rebecca in managing the business operations.
